Frankly, I'm sceptical, but apparently there was a Conservative Policy Sighting by the Toronto Star. More as this story develops. Hold your breath. Hell, they've only been around for almost two years, and they still haven't had a policy conference. They became the Official Opposition without one. Pfftt. Why get one now?
