Not only that, but every Quebec resident currently a federal employee gets a job in the new Québec government, and "all" federal programs and servcies would be delivered by the government of an independent Québec.
With results like that, you would think the Parti Québécois would want to release the details and the methodology of the report to the public? Hmmm. - ik
