Liberals Concede Defeat in 45 Québec Ridings

ik - well, according to the Liberals, I live in a swing riding (Hull-Aylmer). It used to be a joke that a goat wearing a red scarf could win Hull-Aylmer for the Liberals. But now the goat is running for the Bloc I guess. This from today's Globe.

The Liberal list indicates 10 safe seats, 45 safe Bloc seats and 20 swing ridings. Current Bloc ridings are indicated by a "BQ" and Liberal by an "L."
