They say that the best solution is one that leaves all the parties dissatisfied equally. So, it would appear that Canada is functioning very well indeed. About the only region that doesn't want to go it alone is the North. Yet.
I think all the regions of the country who want to break away should join together and form a union. We could call it... Canada!! As Stompin' Tom Connors said, "Let's join Québec and we'll all separate together!"
